Eclair brand Size S Beautiful black and cream print that would look great with either black or cream color slacks. It features a decorative metal bead around the neckline and pocket. Care tags and fabric tags have been removed. It appears to be a soft polyester fabric that flows at the hip. Measurement pit to pit is 18” Length is 26” All beads in tact with no flaws to the garment.
