_workout_barbie @tisket Hi there! I'm so sorry for the late response. Pit to pit bust measurement flat across is 19". There really isn't a defined waist to measure. The whole dress flares out from the bust so it's nice and flowy. The v-neck is about 9" deep from the top of the shoulder. This dress also has the v-neck cut in the back too. Straps are 2" wide. Full length is 42". Hope that helps!
