From Urban Outfitters, Ecote navy paisley velvet print tunic top. The neckline is very 90s to me. Size small. This could also prob be worn as a mini slip dress. Straps are not adjustable. Love it but straps are a little too long for me, I’m about 5’3”. Excellent condition, hardly worn.
