Adorable black skater miniskirt with front pockets, from Urban Outfitters brand Ecote. Two functional front pockets, hidden side zipper with clasp. Skirt is slightly longer on sides than in front and back, giving it lots and movement and twirl. Fabric feels dressy, and it can certainly be dressed up with tights and heels; but it can definitely be dressed down with a t-shirt and sneakers as well.
