NIB Ecru New York Texture Styling Balm; multi-functional balm that allows you to style hair in numerous ways. Can be used on short, long or bobbed hair and has a pliable hold; never used. How to Use: Emulsify a small amount in to hands until clear and work through dry hair starting at the ends. Add more for added texture.
