Ecru new with tags black dress shorts

Ecru dress shorts. Brand new. Never worn. Still have tags on. Black. Size 2. Knee length. Two front pockets 2 back decorative pockets. Fabric has some stretch in it. Elastic waistband inside, but does not have much give. The outer waistband is solid (see picture). No zippers.
