Ed "Hardly" tote

I can't tell if this is a genuine Ed Hardy bag or a straight up bootleg.It looks a little bit from the flea market to me lol but I have seen this model before. I will be damned if I Google anything referring to Ef Hardy lol. It's not that I don't like the style. It's that by the time I was aware of it, It turned into a Jersey Shore nightmare. In any case it's in fairly good shape except for the straps they're very frayed( as pictured) It's held up particularly well as the overall construction is about what you would expect from a Walmart tote bag and I know my mom carried this for at least a year.
