Eddie Bauer blue plaid pleated skirt in good condition. There is no zipper, but the skirt is a wrap so that the inside part buttons towards the back and the front is held in place by two faux-leather buckles. There are two deep pleats on each side (note - the skirt is NOT pleated all the way around). From the top of the skirt to the bottom hem is approximately 23 1/2". Waist is approximately 27" and includes measurements for both the front and back of the waistband.
