Appear to be in brand new unused condition. Eddie Bauer Outlet tag still attached. Size large. Probably close to a 34x32. This is a waterproof hardshell pant by Eddie Bauer First Ascent featuring Weatheredge Pro. They are a baggy style fit, especially at the cuffs, more akin to ski pants than climbing pants. They feature cordura patches at the cuffs, an integrated belt and Hip to Ankle side zips for ventilation and easy on/off. There are no pockets and are not very insulating, so they should go with a warm baselayer depending on conditions.  Surprisingly lightweight for the thickness and rigidity of the Weatheredge pro material.
