@henwiller I’m unsure what you mean by “lined”, it has one layer to it, like most raincoats. There isn’t an extra layer. I don’t have a picture displaying length, unfortunately, it’s back home with my mom. I’m 5’7” and would say it goes to about the end of my finger tips!
