Eddie Bauer Trouser- never worn

Curvy fit- I purchased new online from Eddie Bauer, but I dont have a shape, so there was too much room in the hip. Very nice pants. I'm bummed they dont fit. Small Flaw in fabric. see last pic. It is barely noticeable, but, we like to disclose any flaws. It is located near the seam on the outside of the left leg in the back near the knee area. Looks like a rub mark.
