This coat is a slicker material coat, would be great for wind / rain conditions. The jacket is a full bottom up but the buttons are hidden by a flap of fabric. It is in excellent pre-owned condition-last three photos show light black marks-i think they will come out with proper laundry treatment-from transport/storage I don't think they are deep set stains. e
