sarah926 @jasminesky58 I guess it depends on what kind of fit you like. I wear a size 2 or 4 usually and this fits me with a little room for a sweater but not loose. It does have an adjustable strap on the back to create a more fitted waist. You might find reviews online of Eddie Bauer coats and how they fit others.
