This is a really nice vest in excellent condition. It is soft and flexible, not thick or puffy. :) The gray side panels have some spandex, so they stretch a little for flexibility. Size M. Measures approximately 25 inches long, shoulder to front binding, and 19.5 inches across at bust, with slight stretch.
