Edgehill Collection red dress sz4 with sequins

Edgehill Collection red dress in size 4. Red and gold sequins at the shoulders. Some if the sequins are sewn with a star detail. The material is like what a ladies dress scarf would have been made of years ago. I can't think of what it was called. The dress is fully lined and has a two button keyhole closure in the back.
