Never been worn designer midi black and sheer stripe skirt from Berlin designer Esther Perbandt famous from Making the Cut fashion design show. Bought for an event but never wore and now don’t need. High-waist and super cool perfect with tights and Doc Martens and a tucked in tee (or blouse for more formal occasions). Still has tags.
