Edith Flagg Vintage Crinkle Pleated Blue Maxi Dress Sz XL

Please check measurements because there is no size tag in this dress. It measeures 24" laid flat at underarm, 18" at unstretched waist, and length is 58". There is a lot of give to this fabric due to the crinkled pleating detail. In very good pre-owned condition. Normal wear and tear noted, there is a small section in the lining that is unraveled which is shown in the last photo. The photo next to last shows detail on the fabric.
