Cotton and lace cut detail. Scalloped hem. Pockets and black belt attached. Lined and has bra or slip clips inside shoulders. Some of black fabric tie has bled into cream fabric: last photo. Not really noticeable. Mark on right side also. Smocked in back. Made in India.
