The Effie skirt by Wtoo. Ideal for petite women who 5'1 or under. Selling the Watters lace bustier and the matching double horse hair veil separately. I would highly recommend buying the 3 pieces together as they look so beautiful together!! The purple rhinestone belt was sewed on but it can be easily removed. It’s a little dirty under the skirt and there’s a tiny tear but it is not noticeable at all because it is under several layers of the skirt.

zaxxane I'm so in love with this skirt. Is this the ivory or muscato one? Did you make alterations to it? Also, do you mind sharing your measurements? And how tall are you? Sorry for the barrage of questions, but I wanna make sure it fits me before I buy it! 😊

lizzy102587 @zaxxane Hii the skirt is ivory. It has been altered down to a size 2. I’m 5 ft tall and wore 3 inch heels. Waist is around 27 1/2 inches. The skirt is in great condition and you can always alter it more to fit you!
