The sleeves are approx 3/4 length, not full length. there are side seam pockets but they are on the smaller side (not big enough for a phone IMO). The fabric is stretchy and this brand in general runs generous for that reason -- I buy a medium when I normally take a large in other brands' tops, for instance.
