selecthebest @quimby09 hi case has been reviewed. I did not accept the 100 dollars offer. I can not able to give to my niece as a wedding present. If I keep it for myself eventually I will get the emerald to be replaced. But I still have to find the wedding present. I like the effy multicolor necklace. Is it in good shape? No missing diamond? if you accept my offer on that I will probably keep the emerald. 100 dollar discount was very little for the damage stone.

quimby09 I still am upset. I would never send out an item that was defective, especially since it went through Authentication. I’m going to take all my items down from Poshmark. There are other places to sell.

selecthebest @quimby09 I really don't know what they do during authentication. They should have noticed it if it was damaged. I assumed that they just checked if ot was gold and diamond. I am going overseas very soon. I will see if I find an emerald stone to replace it. I am thinking to keep it if I buy another pendant from you. But I do not want to go through authentication.

selecthebest @quimby09 I understand. Sorry I try to come up with different solution for us. Posark was trying to protect my rights as a buyer as well as yours. The emerald is the main stone. Giving me 100 dollars credit is not going to help me to replace. i understand your situation if you are 100 percent sure it was not damaged. How easily can damage when it is handle by many people. We will never know what really happened. There are other places you can list. I am listing my items 5 different places.

quimby09 @selecthebest karma will get the person who authenticate it . I’m not going to be able to sell it like that. I only sell my stuff because my husband has Parkinson’s.,I also put in a complaint to Poshmark. They had no right to do that.

selecthebest @quimby09 ask to poshmark if they can send you the details of their authentication process. I am sure that they took some pictures after they received from you. Do they look under microscope to see if it is real emerald? In order to authenticate they have to examine the diamonds and the emerald. Ask them a lot of detailed questions.
