This is a necklace and ring from Effy, in almost like new condition. It’s embellished with sapphires and topaz in Sterling silver. I have a photograph of the Effy stamp on the inside of the ring. 100% authentic. You can see what the retail is on these pieces in my post. The ring is a size 7.
