Egyptian Ahnk Sphinx and Eagle skirt

Extremely cool skirt with elastic sewn in vertically on each side of the hips. The waist has no elastic. It just folds in and under…sort of sits low on the waist. Like on the hips. It would look good with a cropped top and exposed mid section. Cotton elastic.
