Egyptian style “adjustable” ring - metal is black and silver

I was told that the ring is unique and vintage. However, I am unsure of that. It is adjustable but the band metal is very tight (unsure of type of metal) - so I wouldn’t suggest adjusting it too far (about 7 1/4 size currently.
