Eight Sixty Dress-Blue Pattern High-Low + Belt (S)

High-low maxi style dress by Eight Sixty. Beautiful blue tie dye pattern. Very thin, soft material (but not see through). 100% rayon. Size small! Comes with thin brown braided belt. Elastic around the waist shown in the picture. Not as narrow as it looks, but hard to show how much it stretches. Super comfortable and flowy!
