Side slits in the georgette go all the way to the waist on both sides. There is a removable Tencel lyocell fine jersey knit slipdress liner beneath. Can be worn as a dress with liner or as a duster over pants or leggings. The velvet is topstitched at 1/2" around boat neckline and at waist seam. Waist is slightly dropped and not fitted. Measurements: 18-3/4" center-front velvet bodice length. 28.5" length for silk skirt portion.
