This lovely item runs a little small, so although it’s listed as an MP I would think it would fit more like a PS or Small than MP. That said, it’s super cute, just a little snug for me. Soft and pretty and basically brand new, it’s a perfect fall elegant piece.

@r_freeze they are a little bit longer than 3/4 on me, ending about 4 inches above my wrist. I am only 5 feet tall though.
