Eileen Fisher Ponte Straight Leg Pants

I am the second owner of these pants. The previous owner hemmed the length so they are not professionally hemmed, but it never bothered me (nor do I think anyone noticed). They are missing the garment tag so I am assuming it is a ponte knit - it is a heavy, thick, stretchy material but very comfortable. I am also guessing on the size.
