That's true of this Size Small Petite pair made in her much loved "slouchy" style in black, easy-care silk georgette. They're relaxed in the hips and thighs and tapered from the knees down for a polished look and comfortable fit. They also sport roomy pockets at the sides. The elastic waistband is 15 1/2" across (stretching to 17 1/2"). Hips are 20" across, rise is 11", inseam is 28" and leg opening is 6". New with tags and in perfect condition!
