Beautiful velvet bell-sleeve cardigan by Eileen Fisher. This item was a sample, has never been worn but does not have original tag. Excellent condition without any rips, stains, tears, etc. color is a beautiful ice blue. Busy measurement is about 17” with some give, length is about 21”. It is meant to fit loosely.
