Eileen Fisher wool pencil skirt

Eileen Fisher knitted skirt, made of wool and cotton with a touch of spandex. I am 5'3'' and the skirt hits right below the knee. It is difficult to see the colors in the photos, but the overall tone is dark gray and black. The skirt has a pencil shape and is pull-up. Size is M. It is in very good condition, no stains, no snags.
