Eileen high low linen sleeveless

I’m honestly not sure how this is supposed to be worn, I ordered it online to wear as a sweater vest but it’s so light and sheer that I found it somewhat confusing and therefore rarely worse it. 75% linen, 25% nylon. Loose fit. Tags are hanging on by a thread for some reason but rest is in great condition. Feel free to comment with questions or asking for measurements.
