Eilly Bazar flounce off shoulder ruched swiss dot dress lavender

This dress is so flattering! The ruching on the sides and down the back accentuates and looks just like the stock photos when on. The under layer is solid with the dotted overlay. The color is lavender, the other two colors are just to show other angles when wearing the dress. Only worn once to an event and got lots of compliments! You can even wear it with the sleeves up on your shoulders so it’s more of a cap sleeve look.
