It will make your work so much easier when you need to blend shortening or butter with flour to make pie crusts, biscuits, strudel, or toppings for bread, etc. I have one and even use it whenever I need to separate ground meat while sauteing. The dough blender is in excellent vintage condition with very strong and sturdy mixing surface. The black top handle is made out of plastic and the metal part is made out of Chromium plated steel. I already washed it in the dishwasher and it's sparkling clean ready for you to enjoy. Great Condition!
