Up to 40x sound amplification with 7 volume levels increases confidence in what you're hearing. Active noise cancellation reduces unwanted background sounds. Fits most adult and pediatric stethoscopes. Eko+ membership offers Standard Access plus murmur detection, AFib detection (CORE 500™ only), sound recording and sharing, and other advanced features.
