No notable flaws such as holes or tears or stains etc, just normal wash and wear El Rodeo Patchwork skirt Tiered Colorful Polka dots of different sizes patterned Button front Seems to be reversible, but not sure because of tag on inside, but when turned inside out, lining has patches on it and sides can cinch up with ties that look like they can be tied in bows or something-shown in pics I’ve sized it as small - but please refer to measurements below - can possibly stretch to fit med as well Button front Elastic waist Embroidered detail at some tiers If you have other questions, I’ll answer as best I can Laying flat it measures approximately 12” across the waist 36” in length
