A bit of ruffle on the shoulders and across the bust. Pull on style. Elastic at the neckline and waist. Lined. No slit. Chest - 19" Waist - 14" (elastic will stretch) Length - 36" Measurements are done with the item laying flat using a tape measure. Chest is done pit to pit.
