Elaine Rose Floral Dress - Lined, Sleeveless, White and Blues

Elaine Rose Size 12 Dress Brand new with tags Floral shift dress Lined dress Lightweight White dress with blue and green floral pattern Made of 100% polyester Machine washable It's brand new with tags, but there is a tiny smudge on the left strap (see pic) that looks like makeup. It is barely noticeable (you may have to zoom in) but I don't want to mislead anyone. It likely would wash out.
