Elastic Waistband Black Workout Pants

Selling these workout pants due to incorrect sizing. I got them as a gift and had to order an XS, I feel these are true to size. I actually really like their fit and are see through, we checked, and am keeping the XS. I am 5'5 with a 25in waist, I feel these fit in length but would fit more of a 26-28in waist. Waist has an elastic band in it to cinch (width in picture). I have two pairs both are new with tags both are black and a size small.
