Elastic waist short ramy brook dress

I have tried this on so many times to wear - tiny makeup stain on collar but I’m sure would come out - but barely noticeable. It’s just a little too short on my legs. It’s so cute and I wish it worked on me. The waist pulls up so the top is flowy and then the skirt is short.
