Elastic waist skirt

Precious striped/floral lightweight cotton skirt. Waist is all elastic except for an approximately 5” panel that can be folded in or let out to make the waist smaller or larger. Wearer pictured is a size small, and wore this with no problem, but a true medium will fit perfectly. Worn and washed one time. No stains, non smoking home.
