Elastic-Waist Black Velvety A-Line Skirt size L

This pretty velvet A-line with stretchy waistband is perfect for the holidays! It's 25.5 inches long. I'm 5'5" and it hits me just at the knee. Waist stretches to accommodate a 42-inch waist comfortably, I'm a size 14 and it fits me fine. This is in great condition, no rips, holes, stains, etc. I'm only reposhing because I found another one I like better.
