Elbeco I 90s/Y2K I USPS Retail Clerk Striped Long Sleeve Shirt

In EUC, here is a long-sleeved, USPS Regulation, union-made shirt for a retail/window clerk, this one in particular was manufactured in 2000, per the tag. No holes, tears or stains. This top would likely be a size Small-Medium, but please review measurements. Another indicator that this is an older shirt is that the main tag does not have the Elbeco website on it, whereas later ones did.
