Darling little cotton dress by ele story- made in California! This dress is in very good used condition, with slight wash wear- worn and washed only twice! It is navy blue with white and light blue dots. It has coral piping around the front and back of the dress and ruffles at the bottom. This dress looks so cute paired with knee socks and Mary Janes!
