Red and white mixed media twirly dress. Top is a soft and stretchy red and white stripe material in a wrap surplice style. Full skirt is a cotton with reindeer and floral toile print with solid red ruffle hem. Some signs of wash wear on the red hem, but otherwise great used condition.
