Electric Blue Dress with Leather Shoulder Detail

This is an easy evening bright blue dress with a black zip down the back and blacl leather detailing on the shoulders. This piece has not been worn out more than 3 times and is in great condition. The fabric is light and would work well for summer evening outings!
