Electric Blue Trousers

Nice pair of slacks in a bright blue color. I’m 5’3” and they reach my ankle, but can also be rolled up to create more of a capri look. The waist band has elastic, but with minimal stretch. The pockets in the back are sewn up, but the front pockets are functional. 34 inch waist 26 inch inseam
