Electric blue strapless ruched dress

From Express, size 8. Length hits at the knee (I’m 5’5). I would say this dress runs small- I wear a small or size 4 now and trying this on it fits with some room in the body. The sweetheart bust line/closure fits me and I’m a 34 B. Side zipper and eye-hook closure. Boning at the bodice for shape/structure.
