Electric blue vintage cardigan size S/M

This appears to be hand knit. I bought it vintage and it is a gorgeous color and pattern. The buttons are wrapped in wool for almost a flower-like effect. 3/4 sleeve length fitted waist pit to pit measurement is 18 inches and the measurement from the back of the neck to the hem at the waist is 19 1/2 inches.
