Elegant 3 piece Party Dress NWT

This is the most amazing 3 piece handmade dress made and purchased in Indonesia! It can be worn all together or separately! Either way it's amazing and I hate to let it go, but I need the money. :-(. It is new with tags, an has the most elegant sequins and stitching. The skirt measures 12" across at waist.
